Bellota's range of Kverneland plough parts is very extensive: Kverneland mouldboards in BORODUR or TRIPLEX boron steel, plough shares, plough points, landsides, wing shares, coulters, and even the Kverneland plough body. The vast majority are for Kverneland reversible ploughs.
Kverneland Plough
Kverneland ploughs are the most popular throughout Europe. There are many models and different bodies, with the 4-furrow Kverneland plough being the most common, although this depends on the region and the size of the land. The 3-furrow Kverneland plough would be the smallest and the 6-furrow or 7-furrow Kverneland plough for larger fields. Kverneland reversible ploughs are known for their efficiency in soil tillage, durability and robustness.
Kverneland parts breakdown
- Kverneland reversible mouldboards: Bellota offers multiple different mouldboard models of various types, such as full or solid mouldboards, and bar-point or slatted mouldboards for wet soil.
- Plough shares: all Bellota plough shares are laminated, meaning the fibres are oriented in the same direction, increasing the robustness of the part. Bellota offers shares from 12 inches to 18 inches. The 12" shares provide a working width of 30 cm, the 14" shares 35 cm, the 16" shares 40 cm, the 18" shares 45 cm and the 20" shares 50 cm.
- Plough points in 12 mm and 15 mm. Also available with tungsten carbide tips.
- Landsides in multiple shapes.
- Wings and deflectors to help turn the soil better.
- Frog for body number 6, 7, 8, 9 and 28
Kverneland plough spare parts
All Kverneland plough spare parts manufactured by Bellota are forged with BORODUR boron steel. This steel has microparticles defined by Bellota which, together with the specific production process, make the parts last longer. Certain mouldboard models and mouldboard accessories are also manufactured in Triplex steel, that is, a steel with a softer core to better absorb impacts.
