All screws in the Bellota range are supplied with their nut and in boxes. With different heads depending on the agricultural spare part, they are offered in three different grades. Fasteners for attaching cultivator shares to their tine and for all plough components.
Agricultural fasteners
Bellota offers the most common agricultural fasteners for joining the spare parts it manufactures. Among its range we can highlight:
- Countersunk head bolt with square neck: these are very common bolts for joining the cultivator point to the chisel or ransome shank. Bellota offers a wide range of grades for both the bolt and the nut.
- Countersunk head bolt with two nibs: agricultural bolt used mainly on ploughs, especially on mouldboards and mouldboard accessories.
- Conical head bolt with one flat: mainly used on ploughs, specifically with plough shares and landsides.
- Conical head bolt with two flats: this is the most common fastener for joining the plough point to the share and also on landsides.
- Conical head with square neck: this is the most common fastener for joining the cultivator sweeps with danish tines.
- Round head with square neck: used in some cutivators and wings .
Bolt grades:
The different bolt grades guarantee the following characteristics:
- Grade 8.8: 800 N/mm2 tensile strength and 640 N/mm2 yield strength.
- Grade 10.9: 1000 N/mm2 tensile strength and 900 N/mm2 yield strength.
- Grade 12.9: 1200 N/mm2 tensile strength and 1080 N/mm2 yield strength.
