Vibro tines adaptable mainly to Kongskilde. Sold as a complete assembly, as well as the upper spring or lower arm separately. Manufactured using a production process that prevents the formation and propagation of micro-cracks and painted with black UV-resistant epoxy paint.
Vibro tines are components designed for cultivators and vibro-cultivators, known for their flexibility and vibration capacity, which improves soil fragmentation and weed removal. Their design allows efficient shallow tillage, ideal for preparing the ground before sowing.
Tine manufacturers such as Solbjerg and Bellota offer in their ranges various models adaptable to Kongskilde type VF, VFM and VTH tines for Vibro-flex machines, as well as David and Goliath models.
Vibro tine characteristics:
- Special steel with high elasticity and ability to recover initial geometry.
- Specific integral heat treatment that provides each material with optimal characteristics.
- Production process that prevents the formation and propagation of micro-cracks on the tine surface, reducing the risk of structural failures.
- Epoxy paint resistant to UV ray degradation and prevents oxidation.
Bellota offers these tines assembled, in some cases even with the cultivator, or the head and tine are supplied separately if required.
