Clamps for cultivator tines, heat-treated and painted in black. Tines with reinforcement require their specific clamp. From 40x40 frame to 80x80 frame for Danish tines from 32x10 to 80x12. Also available clamps with U-bolts for much easier assembly.
Clamps for cultivator tines are fastening elements that allow the tines to be fixed to the cultivator chassis, ensuring stability and resistance during tillage. Different models exist depending on the frame size and tine type.
Heat-treated one-piece clamps:
- Clamp for 40x40 frame and 32x10 and 32x12 profile tine, for both single tine or with reinforcement.
- Clamp for 50x12 frame and 32x10 and 32x12 profile tine, for both single tine or with reinforcement.
- Clamp for 50x50 frame and 32x10 and 32x12 profile tine, for both single tine or with reinforcement.
- Clamp for 60x60 frame and 45x12 profile tine for both single tine or with reinforcement and for 65x12 and 70x12 profile tine.
- Clamp for 70x70 frame and 65x12 and 70x12 profile tine.
- Clamp for 80x80 frame and 70x12 profile tine.
Clamps with U-bolts:
These clamps are composed of two U-bolts that hold the tine to the frame and join them with a plate. In this model we have the following range:
- 60x60 frame and 45x12 tine
- 70x70 frame and 70x12 or 80x12 tine
- 80x80 frame and 70x12 or 80x12 tine
