Given the impossibility of listing more than 8,000 references, we indicate the most common concavities, with diameters from 10" to 36" and all available thicknesses. We specialise in custom manufacturing, with the configuration of holes, edges and notches adapted to your needs.

The quality of Bellota discs is recognised worldwide. The use of premium steels, combined with an optimised production process and strict quality controls, results in homogeneous, reliable and high-performance discs.
The balance between hardness, flexibility and toughness is fundamental. Bellota adjusts these three parameters to achieve discs capable of overcoming obstacles, absorbing impacts without breakage and offering a long service life under the most demanding working conditions.
Use of concave discs
Concave discs are used in disc harrows and disc ploughs. Bellota offers a wide variety of concavities and geometries, adapted to all types of machines and tillage systems: traditional harrows, clearing harrows, minimum tillage implements, vertical tillage equipment, strip till machines, as well as high-speed and light harrows.
Steel, the main component
Bellota was a pioneer in the use of Borodur steel for disc manufacturing, with excellent results in all types of terrain. Currently, the range is completed with discs manufactured in inPHInium steel, which offer superior performance.
Both materials pass the demanding "ball test", a laboratory test that evaluates fracture resistance. The result is a disc with the perfect balance between hardness and toughness, guaranteeing maximum durability without breakage.
