Breakdown of all premium components that make up the chisel clamp for 100x100 frame, for 80x80 frame and for vineyard. All components can be purchased separately. Important to consult the table to verify the correct part for each model.
Chisel assembly components
All the parts that make up both the 100x100 chisel assembly and the 80x80 chisel assembly can be replaced. Among the most important parts we can highlight:
- Spring protection tube (T): reference 12465-T (100x100 chisel assembly) measures 455 mm and reference 12466-T (80x80 chisel assembly) measures 380 mm. For the vineyard aseembly 12466V the tube is slightly shorter, 366 mm.
- Frame mounting bracket (AM): Bellota has two different frame mounting bracket models:
a) EASY model: reference 12465-AM for 100x100 frame and 12466-AM for 80x80 frame. This mounting bracket is very robust and very easy to fit as the frame sits between the upper and lower face of the support, allowing it to be fitted by just one person.
b) ORIGINAL model: reference 12465B-AM for 100x100 frame and 12466B-AM for 80x80 frame. This mounting bracket is Bellota's original design. It takes up less space.
- U-bolt and two DIN 985 nuts (AB): This is the U-bolt needed to secure the mounting bracket to the frame. The vineyard shank and the 80x80 easy mounting bracket (ref. 12466-B) are the only ones that need a single U-bolt. On these two models the 12466-V-AB U-bolt can also be fitted for greater security and robustness. The other mounting brackets need two U-bolts. The chisel assembly model determines the type of U-bolt needed.
- Tine support (SB): The EASY or ORIGINAL tine supports are dimensionally the same, the only difference is the marking. Therefore there are three different supports: for 100x100 frame, 80x80 frame and for vineyard.
- Spring: The assembly already comes with its spring and it can be replaced. In the case of the 100x100 assembly in dry and hard ground, fitting a complementary spring is recommended.
