Vibrocultivator tines made from special high-elasticity steel with a robotised production process that prevents the formation and propagation of micro-cracks on the surface, thus reducing the risk of structural failures. Painted in black epoxy paint with UV protection.
Vibro-Cultivator Tines (Danish Tines)
Vibro-cultivator tines, also known as Danish tines, are designed for shallow tillage. Their flexible structure allows them to break up soil clods, level the surface after primary tillage, and eliminate weeds.
Main Features:
- S-shaped design: Enhances vibration in all directions, improving soil fragmentation.
- Shallow vertical tillage: Operate at a depth of 12 to 15 cm, ideal for preparing the seedbed before sowing.
- Agrochemical incorporation: Their vibration helps integrate fertilizers and pre-emergent herbicides into the soil.
Recommended working conditions:
Best used on dry (friable) soil and highly suitable for preparing seedbeds for demanding crops.
Working speed:Should be maintained between 6 and 8 km/h.
Frame clearance: Typically 40 to 50 cm.
