Agricultural tines for vibro cultivators are characterised by the curved design of their neck. This ensures the cultivator tines fit perfectly onto the arm. Bellota cultivator tines are manufactured with exclusive BORODUR boron steel for extended durability. There is also a range of wear-resistant cultivator tines, with a proprietary tungsten tip design to maximise their performance.
Cultivator point for vibrocultivator tines
Cultivator points for vibrocultivator tines have a different neck shape to fit the curved shape of the tine. The vast majority of these cultivators are fitted with oval head bolts and square neck in M10 or M12.
Characteristics of agricultural cultivator points
Cultivator points that work parallel to the ground cut roots and lift plants, performing the extirpation task without turning over the soil profile. Narrow and elongated points carry out scarification work, helping to break up hardened soil and crushing clods.
Bellota cultivator point range:
Bellota offers a wide range of cultivator points, either as reversible points or as swallowtail points to suit the different profiles and tasks performed by the vibrocultivator tine. Models with one reinforcement or two reinforcements are also available for longer life whilst guaranteeing optimum penetration. Bellota's range of tungsten cultivator points is extensive and includes many models. Bellota only offers points with premium virgin tungsten, under the name DURATOP.
BORODUR special steel manufacture:
Bellota manufactures all cultivator points with BORODUR boron steel, that is, with a steel containing specific micro-alloys defined by Bellota which, together with the production process, achieve uniform hardness and optimum characteristics to prevent deformation and breakage.
